One never knows. Brenda, dear Brenda what a wonderful person you were. A friend at Ohio Christian University that welcomed me as a friend, not a stranger in a strange place. And the calls and e-mails since graduation have been so comforting. To her family, she loved you all so much. Her church family, she thought the world of you all. So sorry that I never made it to visit. God bless you Brenda, you were such a lovely person. I'll always remember to "es;stay in my own lane"es;. Save a seat for me in heaven! See you there! Jerema

  5. My deepest condolences go out to Brenda's family. I haven't seen Brenda for many , many years, but she was always remembered and will never be forgotten, God Bless.

  6. I met Brenda when visiting AME church with my son who was looking for a church for his family. We sat behind Brenda and her husband and she mistakenly thought my son and I were a couple till I told her I was not a cougar but his mother. We laughed together at her mistake and I felt an instant bond with her. I asked a mutual friend for Brenda's email address and exchanged many emails as we got to know each other over the last couple of years. We tried to schedule a lunch together many times but health issues would get in the way. Instead we just exchanged news of our lives and talked about our spirituality and belief in God. I found her to be a caring and loving person who will be sadly missed by her family and all those who knew her, including me. My condolences to her family and friends.

  7. Brenda and I used to be sister-in-laws. I could not have asked for anyone better. She was a beautiful person. I was very sad when I was told she had passed. My prayers go out to our Lord for her husband and family.
