Condolence Messages

  1. Mark & Cyrena Donahue

As neighbors to Kaelisha and her children, we got to know Carl. No matter how tired he was after work, several times he unselfishly lent a hand and his knowledge of cars. He always had a kind word and time to talk. We’re glad to have known Carl and have had the opportunity to thank him for serving our country. He was a good person and will be missed.

I met Mr.Duncan in 1990 through my best friend & his daughter CaChoya. I was instantly welcomed to the family. Carlene became a second Mom, Kaelisha another sister. He always had encouraging advice and a warm kind smile whenever I saw him. He made sure no one con me with car repair bills and after dropping us off at skating rink I found out he was a fantastic skater. The world has lost a kind, knowledgeable, witty soul and I know this place is a little heavier without him in it. My heart is heavy. He will be forever missed.

  4. Keeping the family lifted in prayer. May God give you strength and comfort you during your time of mourning.

  5. Only knowing Carl for a short period of time, I came to realize he had an infectious personality. Regardless if he down he always would come into a room with a smile and walk around asking everyone how they were doing, shaking hands and such. Carl will be sorely missed. He was someone how was a friend, a fellow Veteran, and brother. May you rest easy!

  6. To the Duncan family, you have my condolences in the loss of your loved one. God’s original purpose was for the human family to become many, to fill the earth, and to live forever upon it (Genesis 1:28)! What happened? Adam sinned and passed it down to all humans. However, because of God’s undeserved loving kindness, he allowed his son Jesus to die to reverse the effects of sin. May you have faith in his promise of the resurrection of the dead (Acts 24:15).

  7. Sending my deepest condolences and keeping you all in my prayers. May his memory live on forever
