Christopher (Chris) De Orain Russell, age 27, was born May 8, 1983 and passed away on October 7, 2010.
He was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Nathaniel and Rebecca Hayden, Elizabeth Germany, Eva Russell, and John Craine Sr. aunt, Ellouise Russell, cousins: Richard Wooden, Nathaniel Wooden, Bryant Hayden and Ebony Christian.
Chris is survived by his mother Michelle Craine, father Steven Lee Russell. Grandparents: John Crane, Doris Craine, John Robinson, Patrica Robinson, Ella Weldon, Mary Starks and James Tally. Daughters, Michelle McMann, Briasha Russell, Nevaeh Russell, son, Deorain Russell, sisters, Stephanie Russell Maylieesha Johnson and Sycon Russell. Brother, Stephen Russell. “Special friends – you know who you are.” With a host of Aunt, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.
Chris attended Columbus City Schools. He was very loyal to his family. He enjoyed entertaining family and friends and enjoyed Sunday dinners with family. Chris loved spending time with his children. He loved fashion and was very outgoing. Chris was an extreme jokester and enjoyed making people laugh. Very free hearted and caring, giving and loving. Chris loved the Lord and his Savior Jesus Christ.
