Clarence Albert “Brazzie” West, Jr., 90. Sunrise July 17, 1919 – Sunset March 12, 2010. A 1937 Graduate of Cadiz High School, attended Wilberforce University and U.S. Army WWII Veteran. He was a long-time member of Harrison Hills United Pentecostal Church in Jewett, Ohio. He attended Higher Ground Always Abounding Assemblies and assisted with the Food Pantry while his health permitted. “Brazzie” was preceded in death by both parents Clarence and Elizabeth Ramsey-West., two brothers; Charles Henry and James Neil West, five sisters; Mary Frances, Phoebe Juanita, and Helen Marie West, Etna Lucas and Lydia Mallory. He leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife of 44 years, Virginia: 3 sons; David Kendall, Brent (Edwina), and Randall West: 5 daughters; Pamela West-McFadden, Rhonda West, Terri Wood, Ginger (Charles) Jones, and Tracey West: 1 brother, George Samuel (Margaret) West: 2 sisters: Louine Porter and Jeanne Stewart: 14 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren: a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
