Cleo was born in Atlanta, Georgia then moved to Cincinnati, Ohio when he was 2 years old with his parents John and Lunie Thomas. He went to Taft high school and Samuel Pete Chase Law School. In 1961 Cleo started working at the United States Postal Service as a Union Rep where he severed 36 years. Cleo’s other accomplishments were serving as a Labor Relation Director, a District President over Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana; represented at state and federal level with the EEO commission.
Cleo loved to read the Bible, watch the sports, news, and stock market. His favorite basketball team was the Lakers. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He was a Board Member and One of the Founding members of One Flesh Covenant Ministries
Surviving Family Members: Cleo is survived by his wife Patricia Thomas, sons Corey G. Thomas(Crystal Thomas), and Kyle J. Thomas (Chaconnie Thomas) stepson Michael Peterson (Lori Peterson) one daughter Cheryl D. Thomas nephew Matthew Thomas and a host of grandchildren. He is proceeded in death by Father and mother John and Lunie Thomas, Sister Carrie Dell Arnold, Brother John Thomas, nephew Stevie Thomas
