David Michael Dawkins, 59. Sunrise September 8, 1954 and Sunset February 15, 2014. David was born in Columbus, Ohio to James H. Dawkins Sr and Dorothy J. Johnson Dawkins. He was a graduate of East High School and retired from GE Services. David was a member of Triumphant Christian Church. He was preceded in death by his father. Left to cherish his memory, mother Dorothy J. Dawkins, daughters Dayvette M. Dawkins, and Chacere M. Beasley, brothers James H. Dawkins Jr., Richard A. (Debbie) Dawkins, Bradley A. Dawkins, and Thomas Tuff, sisters Janice (Marvin) Barker Harris, Linda A. Dawkins, and Lori L. (Melvin) Harrison and a host of other family and friends.
