, age 53. Sunrise May 1, 1961 in Saint Louis, MO and Sunset December 22, 2014 in Columbus, OH. Dwayne graduated from Northland High School and attended Grambling State and Howard Universities. He was a Fire Inspector for Columbus City Schools and attended Class at the Institute of Divine Metaphysical Research. He was preceded in death by his father, Cleo Lewright. Left to cherish his memory…his mother, Hope Hawkins, daughters, Alissa A. McLaughlin , Maya A. Lewright and Asia M. Smith; brother David M. (Adrienne) Lewright, twin brother, Dwight L. Lewright, niece, Aliya M. Lewright, nephew, Tyler L. Lewright, and a host of other relatives and friends. Memorial Service will be held at 1:00pm, Saturday January 3, 2015 at The Institute of Divine Metaphysical Research 4277 Eastland Square Dr.

  3. I am so sorry to read about Dwayne’s passing. From the time I met him when we were kids, he was always very kind, pleasant, and friendly. He had an infectious smile that could light up any room. I am honored to have known him; and the world is a better place because he was in it. He will truly be missed. May he rest in peace.
