To the Blackwell family, I offer my deepest condolences in this time of sorrow. You were all like a family to me growing up on Bancroft Street. I pray that God gives you comfort, peace and understanding during this time. Mr. Blackwell was not only a Father figure for me but someone that provide great insight and counsel, especially when Cindy and I were being mischievous. Please feel free to contact me. My Mom and Dad (Mr and Mrs Ralph Johnson) are still in Ohio, while I am in San Diego. My prayers are with you all.
Love Tracy Hines (Johnson)
