DAVIS,

Elfago Davis, age 57. Sunrise January 7, 1959 in Washington, GA and Sunset April 10, 2016 in Columbus, OH.  Elfago was a graduate of Columbus North High and attended Central State University on track scholarship.  He was a veteran, retiring from the U.S. Army.  He was employed at PCM Sarcom.  Elfago was preceded in death by his parents Sarah and Willie Davis Sr.  and grandparents Mable and George Rusher.  Left to cherish his memory, brother Willie Davis Jr., sisters Josephine V. (Rozell) Davis-Dotstry and Mable Louise (Gregory) Davis Stoveall, special children Ronni and Shaqwan, nephews  Juan Lampkins(Chayla), Djimon Eichelberger, Jeffrey Parks, and Tasai Terrell, nieces Rozalyn Pettus, Santana Pettus, and Tosha Pittard, and a host of cousins and friends.  Visitation 6:00pm and Funeral 7:00pm Friday April 15, 2016 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE 2500 Cleveland Ave.  Interment at Dayton National Cemetery.

    Words can’t express how I feel about the loss of Elfago. He was a friend and teammate. We shared a lot of good memories on Central States campus. My condolences to the family and friends. RIP, my brother.
