Condolence Messages

  1. Gwen and family:

Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you. Coop touched the lives of so many people at OSUMC. We miss him.

As I said in a note to our department, we will never again hear the words "es;Good morning this is Coop"es; and yet I know that he is with us, is in a much better place and is no longer in pain. Coop made a difference. I am a better person because of our friendship.

  2. I had been thinking about Coop quite a bit lately. I worked with Coop for many years and I know that he will be greatly missed by the staff in the computer center. I retired 2 years ago and I always enjotyed visiting with Coop when I came in a lot of mornings. He was a nice guy and he'll be missed by many.

    Hello Gwen,

May you and your family find strength and reassurance in knowing that God has a special plan for each and every one of us in our lifetimes. The Lord chose Coop as our trailblazer, with his walking stick in hand (smiles), to lead the way. And, in God’s time, with smiles on our faces and gladness in our hearts, we will take his hand and follow the footsteps made by Coop.

Until then, we will reverence in the memories and smile when we think of how much Coop made us laugh, how much we’ve learned from him, and how much pleasure he brought to us. We may even cry at times, for God has given us those human emotions. But rest assured Gwen, there is peace, comfort, happiness, and tranquility awaiting Coop and awaiting us all.

We are here for you when you need us!!
    Bonnie
