Everee Gates was born on August 6, 1936 in Still water, Oklahoma to J. D. and Lillian Irvin.
Everee’s family moved to Grand Rapids, Michigan, where she married William Woods. Together they had three daughters, Raelynn, RouChan and Reesha. Everee enjoyed being with family and friends.
She worked at General Motors for 12 years. She was a loving Mother and a great provider for her family. Everee will be united in eternal life with her parents J. D. and Lillian, brothers, Robert Lewis, Donald Ray, Alonzo. Lawrence and Paul. Sister, Georgetta, Vernita, Thella-Mae and Geraldine.
She is survived and loved by her Sister, Vivian Newborn, her Sister-In-Law, Lilly Irvin, Children: Raelynn Brown, RouChan and Ray Banks and Reesha and Jessie Milles. Grandchildren; Ja’Ron and Trenton Brown, Rya Tyren, and Ryan Banks, Chasity Miller, Tiara Lewis, and Jessa-Rae Miller. Great Grand Children: Izaya, Izzac and Iyanna Brown, Amaya Brown, Rylee-Jai Banks, Dazanii and Azaleuiaha Stevens, and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Family.
