Harry Anthony Jackson, Jr. Affectionately known as “Tony”, “Holly-Hood” and “Tone-Loc”.

Tony was born to the union of Elder Vera and Harry Jackson, Sr. He received his formal education from Columbus Public Schools. Tony was a Blessed young man through Jesus Christ. He was baptized and became a member of Triedstone Missionary Baptist Church. He had a great passion for cleaning, special love for his grandchildren and family. He enjoyed life and mostly giving God the Highest Praise.

Tony was called to his appointment in Glory on Sunday, April 14, 2013 in Columbus, Ohio. Tony is preceded in death by his grandmother Mildred “Sweetie” Crayton, grandfather Henry Jackson, aunt Cynthia Brown-Patterson, and nephew Stacey Jackson.

Harry Anthony Jackson, Jr. leaves to cherish his memory, mother Elder Vera M. Jackson, father Harry A. Jackson, Sr., sister Lisa Jackson, brother Kenyette Nelms, daughter Shirlene Marie Jackson, sons Devin Devon Jackson and Mickale Antonio Jackson, 9 grandchildren, special daughters Thaisa henry and Shashia Jackson, niece Tasha Nelms, special uncle James A. Brown, cousins MIT Cyntrina Brown, MIT Martez Thomas and Joshua James, a host of nieces, nephews, The Jackson and Nelms Families, other family and friends.

    Elder Vera, my heart aches over the loss of Tony. I loved his energetic personality and his contagious smile. I will miss seeing him worship at the Stone, and calling my name– "es;Kaelyn, Kaelyn"es;, he always said it twice :)–from across the church for our greetings. May he rest peacefully in the arms of the Savior and may you be comforted in knowing that this is so. BLESSINGS and LOVE to you always!
