John Henry “John-John” Grice

John Henry Grice "John-John", was born on May 15, 1963 in Columbus, Ohio to Geraldine Freeman and John Henry Grice Sr.

John was a graduate of South High School. He was employed with Enterprise until his illness. John was a sports enthusiast and loved collecting memorabilia.

John passed away on July 8, 2014 at Grant Medical Center after a long illness. He is preceded in death by his father John Henry Grice Sr., stepfather Earl Freeman, grandmother Alice Hoffman and grandfather Clarence Wright.

left to cherish his memories are mother, Geraldine Freeman, sons, Shawn Woods, and Malcolm Grice, daughter, Shawnette Minnis, brothers Richard (Doris) Caldwell, and Earl Caldwell, sisters Victoria Caldwell, Sharon Caldwell and Ruth Williams, three grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

    I am so sorry for the loss of your son John. I can relate because I lost a son in 2009 from cancer. I know you are a strong woman and God will bless and comfort you and family.
    I never see you in the grocery store any more and never gave a thought of communicating this way.
