Condolence Messages

  1. Deb & Charles Lipscomb

We are remembering the family in prayer at this time. Our lives were enriched by the vast knowledge of Brother Matthews. His presence at Zion will be sorely missed.

  2. Rev. Madonna Gray

The Zion AME Family will truly miss the presence of Bro. Mark Matthews. His knowledge of history enlightened my ministry. Bro. Matthews always had a word of encouragement and no matter what, his inner smile was the best. He will always be remembered and greatly missed. May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope. (Roman 15:13) In my prayers I hold the family.
