Michael D. Riley

Michael D. Riley, age 36 died on Sunday September 13, 2015 at Riverside Methodist Hospital located in Columbus, Ohio.

Michael was born in Columbus, Ohio to two loving parents, Mills and Mary (McMillian) Riley. Michael was the third and final child of the Riley’s. Michael was raised on Woodward Avenue and attended Brentnell Elementary and Clinton middle school and graduated from Northland High School.

Michael went on to pursue a Technical Degree from Kent University for Landscaping. Michael was passionate about landscaping and family. Michael never gave up and always did whatever was in his power to secure the needs of his family. Although Michael never married or had biological children, he was the best uncle and father figure to his two beautiful nieces that he kept as well as to his nieces and nephews from his eldest brother.   Michael was a no nonsense business man, quiet but definitely would not hold his tongue if he had something to say. Michael was considered a Gentle Giant with a smile that was warm and inviting. Michael will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Michael is preceded in death by both parents and sister Nicole Denise Riley. Michael leaves behind his eldest brother Mills “Dewayne” (Robin) Riley, nieces Tatyana Coleman, Taylor Riley, Schawanna Riley, K’lynn Partee. Nephews, DeWhite Riley, Andre Partee, Nycholas Partee and SiAmeaze McKinley. Great nieces Ny`Airha and Amya and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
