Hi Regina, I'm not sure if you remember me by Alicia or Lisa, but we along with our siblings attended Hamilton Elementary School together. Neil and my daughter TeLisa attended Northland HIgh School together. It saddened me to read of Neil's passing. Immediately my heart began to ache for you and your family. My memory of Neil is that he was a fine young man who carried himself well and maintained a level of respect for others that was impeccable. He will be sorely missed. there is no hurt that our God in Heaven above cannot heal. For He can do anything, but fail. I pray that He will comfort and keep you. My thoughts, love and prayers are with the Whitehead family. With Love,

    Alicia –
