Robert L. Bryant was born to Daisy Florida and Castle Davis in Detroit, Michigan and raised in Columbus, Ohio to Daisy Florida and Willie Rufus Florida Sr. He was married to Marie for many years but separated and remained very close friends until this day. His present significant other is Ann Benson. He attended Columbus Public Schools and later inquired his GED. He was known as a hard worker with many jobs such as construction, cooking, and carpentry. He retired from Einstein Bagels as a cook where he worked for many years. In his younger years he attended Zion Hill Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend James Mitchell. He presently was attending Shiloh Christian Center where he was baptized and accepted Christ under the leadership of Pastor Johnny Amos. Robert had an enormous love for his children and his family. His hobbies included grilling, spending time with his family, fishing, and wrestling. His passion was lifting weights and boxing. He was so talented in both of these sports that he was recognized in many magazines and was registered as a local heavy weight boxer where his career record was 108-4. Robert was known to be straight forward and blunt but also known to have a heart of gold, if you needed his help in any way he would make sure that he would make it happen.
