Left to cherish his memory, daughter Brooklyn Carter, son Romie Carter (Rojas), granddaughter Meilyn Allen- Rojas, sisters Annie (late Roosevelt) Curry of Montgomery, AL., Willa (late Samuel) Calloway of Columbus, OH., Ruby C. (late Lawrence J.) Burton of Washington, D.C., Betty (Terry) Beasley, of Washington, D.C., Catherine Carter of Miami, FL, brothers Pastor Nathaniel (Cheryle) Carter of Columbus, OH, Richard (Jackie) Carter of Silver Spring, MD., Jeremiah (Teresa) Carter of Columbus, OH., and Samuel Carter, Jr., of Augusta, GA., devoted friend Nancy Rojas and a host of other family and friends.
