Rosemary Hunter

Rosemary Hunter was born on November 15, 1952 to the late Luther J. and Floreese Hunter in Columbus, Ohio. She departed this life on Friday August 29, 2014 surrounded by family and friends whom she loved dearly.

In 1975 Rosemary became a devoted teacher for Columbus City Schools where she taught students from kindergarten to 5th grade. She was a member of Triedstone Missionary Baptist Church.

Rosemary was family Oriented. She felt that family should always be there to support one another no matter what their differences were. Rosemary had an infectious laugh and a smile that could light up a room. She was a great woman and friend whom possessed many talents. She was goal oriented and humble in her accomplishments. Rosemary was loved by all whom had the opportunity to know her.

Rosemary is preceded in death by her parents Luther J. and Floreece Hunter and her brothers David and Michael Hunter.

Those left to treasure fond memories of her life are, her loving sisters; Charlene Hunter, and Laura Jones, brothers; Chuck (Jacquelynne) Hunter and Andy C. Hunter, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

  3. This lady was my second grade teacher at Livingston Elementary in 1982. She left such an amazing impression on my life I was trying to contact her and found this abituary. This was truly a kind, loving dedicated women that I will never forget. Rest peacefully Ms Hunter, job well done
