Stephanie Nichole Sylvester Moffatt, age 45. Sunrise February 8, 1972 and Sunset April 20, 2017.
Stephanie was a graduate of Mansfield Senior High and Madison Adult Education where she became a licensed Phlepotomist and she attended NC State College.
She was a member of Shiloh Full Gospel Baptist Church, co-founder of Plug Clothing Line and founder of Lady Plug Gear and a participant with the D.J. Flip Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign.
Stephanie was preceded in death by her parents, Bernice Juanita and John Henry Sylvester Jr. and son Marquis.
Left to cherish her memory, husband, Reginald A. MoffAtt; children, Dontarius Naron Eatman Sylvester, Shardasia Anteria Moffatt, Tre’von Anterio Moffatt Sr. and Jamaica Luckie; stepmother, Sallie J. Sylvester; brothers, John H. Sylvester III and Jon Clifton Allen; sister Rhonda D. Sylvester; grandsons, Braylen Michael Moffatt and Tre’von Anterio “TJ” Moffatt Jr. and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

It was with great sadness that we learned of Stephanie’s passing. Please accept our heartfelt condolences. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this sad time.
