Thelma L. Davis, age 91. Sunrise August 10, 1925 in Wheelwright, KY and Sunset January 10, 2017 in Columbus, OH. Thelma was a member of Mt. Hermon Missionary Baptist Church and The Liberty High School Alumni Association.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Amelia “Pickens” Turner; sisters, Naomi Gordon, Regina Lacey, and Ethel Carter; and brothers, Oscar Douglas Turner, Theodore Turner, Eugene Turner, and Joseph Turner.

Left to cherish her memory, sons, Jerome W. (Yvonne) Davis and Blaine (Sylvia) Turner; daughters, Sandra A. Murphy, Benita K. Davis, Juandell Davis, Kimberly D. (Douglas) Whitside and Tracey L. Davis; brother, Samuel Turner Jr.; sister, Juandell M. Parham; 20 grandchildren, 52 great grandchildren, 3 great- great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Visitation 10:00am and Funeral 11:00am Tuesday January 17, 2017 at Mt. Hermon Missionary Baptist Church 2283 Sunbury Rd. Interment at Union Cemetery.
