Theodore Anthony Stokes (Tmacc) was born September 8, 1996 to Barbara gavin and Sean Ford at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.

Theo attended Linden McKinley and Northland High School. He worked for Harbor Freight and Spartan Logistics. He enjoyed all sports playing football, baseball, he was a avide Basketball player Linden Recreational Center and Woodward Park, earning several trophies for his accomplishments. He was very talented in singing, dancing, and rapping. He had several CD’s and knew how to be the life of the party.

Visitation 10:00am Funeral 11:00am Friday September 15, 2017 at Victory Deliverance Church, 1718 Myrtle Ave.

Interment at Evergreen Burial Park
