Paula Ann Littlejohn, age 74, went home to be with the Lord on February 28, 2021, with her children and grandchildren by her side. Paula was the only child born to Theodore and Florence Johnson on February 7, 1947.

Paula is preceded in death by her loving parents, Theodore Roosevelt Johnson, Florence (Frank) Poindexter; her only daughter, Tracy Ann Littlejohn and step siblings Wanda Johnson and Charles Brown. Paula leaves to cherish her memories and life lessons to her devoted children, Frederick (Cornelia), Nesbitt, Frank, bonus daughter, Nichole Griffin; bonus son in-law Rodney Cowan; special nieces, Tonya Lane and Carla Dawkins, Angie Woodruff and lifelong best friend, M Terese Terry.

Paula had many grandchildren of which she shared a special bond: her namesake Paula Tierra (Micah), Frank whom she referred to as “Baby Doll. Tyler, the Boss of the crew and her “Twin” Chelsea. The list goes on to include other very special grandchildren: Antonio, Christopher, Marcellus (Salvatrice), Marquis, Phillip, Trevor, Tre, Quantrell, Dajon, Jordan, and Zhane.

Paula was a faithful and longtime member of Good Samaritan Baptist Church. Paula began her career working at Maryhaven as a counselor for many years, then moved on to work for North Central Mental Health as a certified Chemical Dependency Counselor. Paula would visit correctional facilities throughout the State of Ohio counseling inmates. She even ran a group home inside of her residence. Her entire career consisted of giving back to the community. Paula loved her job which allowed her to fulfill her purpose driven life helping others. She was someone you would meet and immediately you would have gained a mom, sister, friend and confidant. Paula loved reading, was an amazing writer and loved listening to gospel music and her oldies. Our family is so grateful to the Lord for sparing her from any more pain and suffering. It will be hard to fill this void, because life as we know it will NEVER be the same.
The world has truly lost a special GEM!

There is so little one can say, so little one can do
when you have lost a loved one who was very dear
to you; Some advice I can only say, trust God, take one day at a time, call on the (Comforter) and stay busy throughout this process. We love you and if if there’s anything we can do, please don’t hesitate to call, 832-865-0005. I’m going through a very dear lost as well.
Blessings,
