Yvonne Davis, age 69, of Columbus, Ohio passed away on April 1, 2022 at home surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with cancer for 3 years.
Yvonne was born in Columbus, Ohio on October 7, 1952 to the late Rudolph and Juanita (Tinsley) Waters.
Yvonne will be dearly missed and is survived by her husband of 49 years, Jerome William Davis Sr., sons Jerome (Terri) Obey, Jerome (Misty) Davis II, daughters, Thelma Davis and Sylvia (James) Davis- Johnson, 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. Yvonne was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Randolph Waters, Rudolph Waters Jr, William Waters and sister Diane Turner. She is survived by her uncle Eddie Tinsley, sister JoAnn Drake and her brother Fred Waters. Yvonne enjoyed sewing and cooking as her hobbies, but most important to her was her family, especially her grandchildren.

Cousin Yvonne and Cousin Jerry were the picture of Chocolate Love! Over 50 years of Love! My heart breaks for my Cousin Jerry And their beautiful daughters, Thelma and Sylvia! And their grandchildren who they loved so completely! May God bring you comfort in tge coming days.
