Mr. Adam Lynn Frye, 62, passed away on March 20, 2022. Adam was born on January 27, 1960 in Mansfield, OH to Harold and Barbara Wilson.
Adam was a 1978 graduate of Mansfield Malabar High School where he played football and baseball. He attended Kent State University where he majored in business and became a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Epsilon Epsilon (Mau Mau). He also attended Malone College in Canton, OH. Adam worked in Information Technology at Startek, IBM, Sprint and MCI. He was a member of Shiloh Full Gospel Baptist Church.
He is preceeded in death by his parents, and brother Kevin Frye.
Adam is survived by daughters Shayla Frye, Whitney (Chris) Harvey and Deja Torrence; son Adam James Frye; grandchildren, Laylah Harvey, Jada Harvey and Tourie Evans; siblings, Randy (Victoria) Frye, Taryn (Tim) Nall, Quinn Frye, Jonathan (Deborah) Frye, Greg Frye and Cheryl Frye; special friend Karen Jones and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation 10:00am and Funeral 11:00am Friday, April 1, 2022 at The Oasis of Love Church of God in Christ 190 Chester Ave.
Interment at Mansfield Cemetery.
