Adreanne Jeannine Walker was born October 1, 1941 here in Columbus Ohio. The oldest of three she leaves to grieve her sister, Mrs. JoAnn (Michael) Jennings her brother Spencer Mizelle and wife Elaine along with nieces Jeanine and Holly. Adreanne also leaves to mourn her Aunt Staralee Robbins,  sons Brent and Craig, daughter Renee’, 6 grandchildren, Aramis, Brandon, Raquel, Adrianna, Cree and Chantel and 4 great-grandchildren, Amya, Ayana, Indya, and Bishop.

As a member of extreme good standing, Adreanne served St. Philip as the Church Council secretary faithfully for 30+ years after having being the Church secretary for 8 years before the turn of the century. Adreanne also sang in the Chancel and Gospel choirs, served on the Call Committee and as Stewardship Chairperson. Adreanne also served as a congregational Shepherd, visiting the elderly members and sick and shut-ins at St. Philip. Adreanne retired from Abbot Laboratories after 15 years of employment in the Accounting Department.

The Family will remember her as a Faithfull praying woman who has shown how to love God by loving the church, as her mother did.

Visitation 11:00 AM and Funeral Service 12:00 PM Friday, March 4, 2022 at St. Philips Lutheran Church, 1506 E. Long St. Masks and Social Distancing are required.

Interment at Glen Rest Memorial Estates.

    Brent, Renee, Craig, I am so sorry that you lost your precious mother. She was such a beautiful person and was very, very special to me. I have so many wonderful memories of her from my childhood and into adulthood when we were all together. May God’s comforting arms surround you during this difficult time.

  5. I will always remember Adreanne as a woman of great dignity and unshakeable integrity. She will be greatly missed because the world badly needs more people like her. May she rest in peace.
