Agnes Louise Franks was born April 21, 1939 to Earl and Florence Elizabeth Pettiford in Roxabell, Ohio. She departed this earthly life suddenly on September 27, 2017 at her home in Coshocton, Ohio.

Agnes is preceded in death by husband Davi D.V. Franks, Sr., parents Earl and Florence Pettiford, brothers Raymond L. Lowe, Earl Redman, Jhonnie P. Pettiford, and Floyd E. Lowe, daughter Gloria J. Franks, Leona V. Franks.

She leaves to cherish her memory with children Willie R. Franks, David V. Franks Sr., Earland Pamela Franks, Robert and Relonda Franks, Preston and Mia Dempsey, Kotish Franks of Portland, Oregon, Russel P. Franks, Paul L. Williams, Pamela and Corneilus Israel, Nicole L. Franks, Cassandra Henly and Pauline Holley, sister Joanne Tyler, aunt Genevieve Mixon, and a host of grandkids, great grandkids, great-great grandkids, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
