Angela Frances Graves age 70, went to be with the Lord on October 14, 2021 with her family by her side in Columbus Ohio.

Angela (Angie) was born October 13, 1951 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Robert Sr. and Virginia Graves. Her father was a Columbus Fire Fighter; and her mother was a stay-at-home Mom.

Angela graduated from East High School in 1970. Soon after graduation she began working at Ohio Bell. She retired from Ohio Bell after 33 years of service. After retirement she enjoyed spending time with family, friends and shopping. She later chose to work at her favorite store Target, where she enjoyed working in guess services for 4 years.

Angela’s interest included spending time with her sisters, nieces, and nephews shopping. She was an avid news watcher. She kept up with current events especially politics.

Angela was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, Gregory Graves, Robert Graves Jr., Virginia Graves, Kathy Graves.

Left to cherish her memories are 2 sisters, Sylvia Neil and Roberta Amerson; brother Glenn Graves; nieces, Octavia (Lenny) Sumner, Rita (Shawn) Fuller- Yates; 3 nephews, Brian Fuller, Robert Fuller and Martin (Devon) Neal; 4 great nephews, Roman (Ciera) Woods, Rodney (Yeimy) Woods, Ryn’Shawn Saunders, and Brandon Saunders; 4 great nieces, Aubri Caslin, Shanikka McPheters, Sophia Neal, and Amia Fuller; 2 great great nieces, Kennedy Woods, and Joselyn McPheters; 1 great great nephew; Mikel Higgins .

Private Visitation 11:00am and Private Funeral Service 12:00 noon Monday, October 25, 2021 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE EAST, 5456 E. Livingston Ave. (one block east of Noe Bixby, turn North on Lonsdale Rd.). Mask and Social Distancing are required. Interment at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.

    I worked with Angie and have memories of her working in our office and bringing in her mothers rolls we had lots of good times back in the day I am sending my condolences to the family , sorry did not make visitation yesterday but will keep you in my prayers

  7. I work with at Ohio Bell back in the 1980’s. I am so sorry to have heard of her passing. But thank God, we found one another on facebook. We were so glad to have re onnect. Oh that laugh of her and she had a smiled that could just light up a room. The family you are in my prayers

  8. This is February 18,2022 I just heard that Angie passed. My heart sank , but I know I will see Angie again and live forever in paradise revelation 21:4 he will wipe every tear from their eyes and death will be no more neither mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore . The former things have passed away.
