I will always think of and remember Vicky as a dedicated and trusted friend. Our thirteen years working together in the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office were special years and our close working relationship was very special. Her work ethic was of the highest quality and she always provided excellent services to the Sheriff’s Office employees.
