Ann Delores Smith, the daughter of Charlie and Dazzell Johnson was born on May 16, 1947, in Tuskegee Alabama.
Anne attended Janie Adam High School in Cleveland. She graduated head of her class. She worked for Derzermation Vending Company. She attended STNA training and retired from Senior Independence.
Anne is preceded in death by her parents; Charlie and Dazell Johnson, son; Samuel Goldwin, niece; Lisa Johnson and Husband; William Smith.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory son; Gary B. Goldwin, daughter; Sandra (David) Watson, brothers; Booker T. (Roxie) Johnson, Bobby Johnson, sisters; Betty Johnson, Diane Johnson, Debra Boyd, Joanne (John) Webb, grandchildren; Adrian Cook, Lisa Watson, Chris Gay (Fiance), David Watson Jr., Rachel Dalur , (fiancé), Dante Golden, Kayla Goldwin, great grandchildren; Amiyah Gay, David Watson lll, Adrian Cook, Jr. as well as a host of nieces , nephews , cousins, other relatives and friends.
