Anthony R. Floyd , age 31.  Sunrise June 5, 1984 in Youngstown, Ohio and Sunset October 21, 2015 in Columbus, Ohio.  Anthony was a graduate of Youngstown Wilson High School in 2002, attended Muskingum University and was a graduate of Capital University in 2007 with a Bachelors in Psychology and minors in Sports Management & Exercise Physiology.  He played football for little league, high school, and college. He was CEO/Founder of Top Line Fitness, Columbus, OH.  He was a member of Come As You Are Ministries where he served as Youth Pastor and Armor Bearer.  A member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, and Anthony enjoyed Football and Family.  Anthony was preceded in death by his parents Anthony W. Floyd and Eyvonne Baker Perry, brother Jonathan(PC) Perry and grandmother Aretha Jordan, great-grandmother Olive Henderson, and Brenda “Mama” Hicks.  Left to cherish his memory, daughters Alayja Eyvonne Floyd, and Aneia Marie Floyd, sisters LaVerne Eyvonne Baker, Rosa (Raymond Jr.) Baker- Shaw, Montez L. Baker-Givens, Lashawnda T. Perry and Nikia R. (Alex) Perry-Ford, brothers Karlos (Sylvia) Baker, John (Jeanette) Perry and Jamal Perry, aunts Janis Dodson and Puella Jordan, close cousins Satasha Jordan and Sharine Jordan, and best friends, Jacquela Robinson- Djakumah, Troy Lane, and Rob Porter, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  COLUMBUS Visitation 11:00 am and Celebration of Life 12:00 noon Tuesday October 27, 2015 at Come As You Are Ministries 1402 Smith Rd at Fairwood Ave.  YOUNGSTOWN Visitation 11:00 am and Home Going Service 12:00 noon Wednesday October 28, 2015 at Christ Center Church 3300 Hudson Ave.  Interment at Belmont Cemetery.  Ministry of Comfort entrusted to MARLAN J.     I attended Woodrow Wilson high school while Anthony did. We share a lot of mutual friends as well. I also had the pleasure of attending the church he also belonged to.he was very well liked and its very sad to see him leave.I am very sorry, he will be missed.
