Anthony Wayne “Tony” Rawlings was born April 23, 1966 to Frances Becks at Mt. Sanai hospital in Cleveland, Ohio.
Tony was born an only child and was affectionately known as Tony. He was always ready to dance and was the life of the party.
Tony graduated from Linden McKinley High School in 1984. Tony was employed by the State of Ohio and loved his job. Tony was known to be generous, kind, and very funny.
Tony is preceded in death by his mother, Frances Becks; maternal grandparents, William and Evelyn Rawlings.
Tony is survived by aunts, Ellen (Fred) Price, and Phyllis Rawlings; uncle, William Rawlings; and host of cousins, family and friends.
Private Visitation 1:00 PM and Private Funeral Service 2:00 PM Friday, January 22, 2021 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE NORTH 2500 Cleveland Ave. Interment at Evergreen Burial Park.

I first met Tony back in the 90’s at Columbus State.After talking for awhile,I realized we had someone in common, my mother.My mother was his Algebra teacher at Linden.
