Condolence from Phil and Pam Ashley on January 12th, 2021 6:36 pm

To Ballard’s family: I have played ball with Ballard for many years and drank coffee with him for many years. He was always so proud to share with us his family whom he loved dearly. We were both vets and had that in common. He will be severely missed. Phil Ashley

I would sadden to give my condolences. I am a retired co-worker and friend of Ballard’s at BWC Facilities since 1994. Ballard called me a few weeks ago to tell me about another co-worker that passed away. He told me he was having issues with his blood pressure not knowing that I would be writing my condolences to his family concerning him. I am so sorry to here that he’s moved on from his labor to his reward. He was a wonderful man. I will keep the family in my prayers. May God bless….

Condolence from Johnny Ray on January 14th, 2021 9:48 pm

I met Ballard at work, at the BWC, we played softball on the BWC team for years. Ballard was always nice, friendly. He would say “Hey Ray, what’s going on”. Ballard could play some softball! We would go to Planks after our softball games. We would laugh and have a good time. Ballard was a good friend. To the family, I am sorry for your loss. He was loved by all that knew him. God Bless.
