Barbara Barrett was born June 19, 1945 to the late Ralph and Fannie Mae Godhigh Ragland in the city of Rome and state of Georgia. Barbara transitioned to be with the Lord on October 6, 2022.
Barbara was educated in a public school in Rome, Georgia graduating in 1963. Barbara was baptized at an early age and continued to attend church from time to time as an adult. Her services to the Lord when she was active in church was as an usher. Barbara was a die-hard Cleveland Browns fan.
Barbara was preceded in death by her father, Ralph; mother, Fannie Mae; two brothers, Russell Ragland and Charles Ragland; four sisters, Florence Pace, Maybelle Johnson, Rena Booker, and Linda Hoskins.
Barbara leaves to cherish her memory, two sisters, Lillie Louise Ragland and Diana Ragland Covington; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and acquaintances.
Barbara will be forever missed by all those who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.

Interment at Evergreen Burial Park.
