i would like to offer my sympathy to the tinsley family ,my ex-husband robert avery and bland worked together at dcsc,my daughter is Arita avery and norma and bland always considered her their godchild,Bland would come by our house many years ago and visit.we will truly miss him,sorry for your loss.God Bless your family .love valerie-avery wells
