Bobby J. Hill, age 71, passed away May 27, 2018 at Wexner Heritage Village/Zusman Hospice. He was born June 5, 1946, in Naples, TX. to the late Roscoe Sr., and Amanda Hill.

Bobby was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, and friend. He served in the U.S Air Force and served time in Tan-son-Nhut , Vietnam. He was employed with General Motors Automotive in Columbus, OH. He enjoyed working and spending time with his friends at the “pool room” this was his “out” away from home, but most of all, he loved fishing.

Bobby is preceded in death by father Roscoe Hill Sr., mother Amanda Hill, sister Yvonne Hill-McCaney, brothers Roscoe Hill Jr., and Estes Dwayne Hill.

He leaves to cherish his memories; wife of 49 years, Brenda Hill, daughter Teresa L. Hill-McLemore, 2 grandsons Darrel and DeAndre Palmer, 1 granddaughter Kiara L. Wade, 3 great grandsons Kyree, Darell Palmer, and LaJarios Pace, brother Rev. Don A. (Loretta) Hill of Daingerfield, TX.

Bobby will be sadly missed by his family and all who knew him.

Visitation 11:00am and Funeral 12:00pm Friday, June 1, 2018 at Marlan Gary Funeral Home, The Chapel of Peace North, 2500 Cleveland Ave.

Interment at Green Lawn Cemetery
