Brenda Joyce Williams was born March 1, 1950 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Arthur McDougald and Berneata McDougald.

Brenda attended East High School here in Columbus, Ohio. She retired from Ross Labs, and was a longtime member of the Miller Avenue Church of Christ.

Brenda was well known for her laughter and smile that would fill any room she entered. She was also very well known for her love of oldies but goodies. She was an excellent cook; a legacy she has passed down to her children, well Lisa is coming along.

Preceded in death by her father, Arthur McDougald; mother, Bernetta McDougald; and granddaughter, Sarita Nicole Edwards.

Brenda is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Charles E. Williams; daughters, Lisa M. Henry, and Regeane Parker; sons, Mark L. Henry, and James D. Henry; granddaughters, Cheyenne B. Culberson, J’aira Culberson-Henry, Imani Spencer, and Bria Searight; great-granddaughter, Aliz’e Farris; grandsons, James D. Henry II, and Cameron M. Henry; and a host of other family and friends.

Private services Visitation 10AM and Funeral Service 11AM Monday, June 29, 2020 at COP East, 5456 E. Livingston Ave.

A mask is mandatory.

Interment at Glen Rest Memorial Gardens.
