Brenda Ruth Norris, 75, passed away on May 16, 2022. Brenda was born on April 7, 1947 in Brooklyn, NY to Catherine Norris.

Brenda retired from The Social Security Administration after 30 years of service and was a member of Great Mitchell Chapel. She loved jazz and playing Pokeno and Bid Whist.

She is preceded in death by her mother; cousins, Floyd Norris Jr. and Kenneth Norris and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.

Brenda is survived cousins, Minister Loretta Norris, Kevin Crews, Anthony (Diane) Norris, Jack Norris, John Norris, Candace Norris, Kathy Folsom-Davis, William Folsom Jr. and Belinda Folsom; special friend, Lewanda Jefferson and a host of other family in New York, South Carolina, Arizona and Georgia.

Visitation 10:00am and Funeral 11:00am Wednesday May 25, 2022 at MARLAN GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE MANSFIELD 753 McPherson St.  (formerly Williams Funeral Services).  Interment at Mansfield Cemetery.
