Carol Lee Radcliff was born on November 13, 1953, to Maynard L. Floyd and Ruth V. Floyd. She was the eldest of three children.

Carol received her formal education through the Columbus Public School system. To further her education, she attended Columbus State Community College. Just like her mother, she loved to sing, play the piano and write short stories. She was always full of candor and excitement, always in a pleasant mood and capable of lifting one’s spirits.

For a number of years, she worked for the State of Ohio Department of Taxation.

Carol was a loving Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and Friend who was passionate about her family. She shared generously with whatever she had to enhance the lives of others.

She departed this life to eternal glory on Friday, July 5, 2019. She was preceded in death by her parents Maynard L. Floyd and Ruth V. Floyd Jenkins; ex-husband Clarence L. Radcliff; paternal grandparents Joseph and Mary Floyd; maternal grandparents Clarence and Ruth Clark; 7 uncles and 3 aunts.

To cherish the loving memory of Carol Radcliff she leaves her children; Clarence W. (Audrey) Radcliff, Shawn D. Radcliff and Sherron E. Radcliff brother, Maynard L. Floyd Jr., sister, Wanda A. Roy; grandchildren, Jessica Moreland, Terrell Brown, Aaliyah Radcliff, Jermaine Radcliff, Archea Radcliff, Alexus Radcliff, Saivyon Radcliff, Isaiah Radcliff, Rachel Johnson and Lakari Radcliff; great grandchildren Elijah Waldo, Kaia Radcliff, Ariana Brown, Gabriel Marshall, 4 nieces, 5 nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation 2:00pm and Funeral 3:00pm Saturday, July 13, 2019 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE NORTH, 2500 Cleveland Ave.
