Missionary Carolyn R. Russell, resident of Columbus, Ohio passed from Labor to reward, November 26, 2019 at the Riverside Methodist Hospital. She was born January 26, 1944, to Mr. William Albert &Mrs. Sarah Rebecca Russell, in Keyser, West Virginia. She was the only girl of 5 children from that Union. She graduated from Piedmont High School in 1961.

Missionary Russell retired from the State of Ohio in 2009, where she worked 46 years as an Administrative Assistant III.

In 1973, she joined the Pool of Bethesda Church of the Living God International Inc. under the leadership of Bishop Joseph White, D.D. D.Min. Missionary Russell served faithfully for 46 years. She was a member of the Missionary Department, Usher Department, Adult Choir, and Senior Choir. She loved her pastor and her church.

Missionary Russell was proceeded in death by: Father, Mr. William Albert Russell, Mother, Mrs. Sarah Rebecca Russell. Brothers:Manuel Russell, Robert Fisher, Richard Russell, Keith Russell, Sisters:Jean Johnson, Arliss Vaughn.

She leaves to cherish her memory,her son:Elder Eric (Chrisiana) Russell, her daughters: Amy Russell, and Sara Russell, her brother: Wayne (Priscilla) Russell, her grandchildren: Timothy Russell, Heaven Russell, Mya Wade Russell,Faith Russell, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, church family, and friends.

Visitation 11:00 AM and Funeral Service 12:00 PM Monday, December 2, 2019 at Pool of Bethesda Church, 2600 McCutcheon Rd.

Interment at Union Cemetery Association.
