Charles Levitigus Brown

BrownCharles

Charles L. Brown, the Patriarch of our family has earned his wings. Sunrise on September 8, 1936, in Sparta, GA. Sunset on December 10, 2022, in Columbus, OH. Our earthly father’s Tinman like body had attempted to contact the beloved on several occasions, however the Master continued to test him very similar to that of a modern-day Job. Unlike the fictional character from the Wizard of OZ, Daddy’s heart although also damaged, was probably larger than his body.

He had always been unselfish and thoughtful, however as he aged his thoughts began to waiver. His innermost thoughts and concerns began to surface. Because he cared so much for his closest family, his opinions came from his own understanding of right or wrong, determined by his correctness and/or temperature with very little compromise.

Then came Jesus! His last days provided resolve to the family. His words were kind, where he was able to make amends.

Daddy, a true believer, often provided his own parable with the respect to the word. He who knows, and
knows he knows, is wise follow him (Jesus). Transversely, he who he knows, but knows not that he knows, is a Fool (Satan). Always, trust God! God Love Him. God Keep Him
