Charles (Chuckie) W. Fisher, beloved father, son, brother, fiancé and friend to many lost his battle with cancer on Monday, November 11, 2019.

Born in Columbus, Ohio on August 21, 1959, Chuckie was survived by parents, Herman and Patricia Reese; son, Demetrius (Chamil) Chavis; brother, Michael (Tamara) Reese; sisters, Carla (Robert) Stewart and Angela Reese; as well as special aunt Louise (Michael) Augustine; fiancé Angela Harrison and grandkids Camara, Demetrius, Ronald and Cali. He was preceded in death by grandparents Jesse (Roberta) Fisher and Willie (Essie) Reese, as well as infant brother Jeffrey Lamont Reese.

Chuckie also had several cousins that were very close to him in Robin and Thomas Fisher, Kim Reese and aunt Gladys Reese and Uncle Ralph Fisher.

Chuckie was affectionately known around the neighborhood as the Mayor of Shepard as his home was a common meeting place for his many friends. It was also known to be a spot where pop-up reunions would happen at any time.

Although he is survived by one biological brother and two sisters, he had dozens of Shepard brothers and sisters, too many to list, but they know who they are.

Visitation 3:00 PM and Memorial Service 4:00 PM Monday, November 18, 2019 at MARLAN GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE NORTH 2500 Cleveland Ave.
