Christopher “DAVID” Steele Jr.

Christopher Steele

Christopher D. Steele Jr., affectionately called by his middle name David, passed away July 19, 2023, at his residence in Westerville, Ohio. He was born June 1, 1979, in Columbus, Ohio.
David graduated from Lincoln High School of Gahanna in 1998 where he played football and wrestled and attended The University of Cincinnati. David was baptized at Love Zion Missionary Baptist Church at a young age by pastor Jesse L. Wood. David was an entrepreneur with a passion for driving trucks. David loved cooking and spending time with his family and friends, especially his only child, Arionna. You would often see him on his motorcycle or spending time in some water; he was a true fish and even swam for the Boys and Girls Club swim team as a kid. David was a true protector and often thought he was the dad or big brother even though he was the 2nd oldest. He had a smile that could light up a room and the most devious yet loving laugh. David was predeceased by his grandparents, Sherman and Laurce Flint and Christopher and Wilma Steele, and father, Christopher D. Steele. Left to cherish his memories are his Daughter, Arionna Steele and her mother Kelly and children Neveah and James; loving Girlfriend, Elizabeth “Beth” Tinkler and her children Taiwan, Giovanni, Victoria and Savannah; Mother, Marilynne D. Flint; Sister, Juwana D. Steele; Brothers, Brandon D. Steele and Christian (Kelli) Steele; Nephews, Ernesto, Diego, Geo and Sherman; Nieces, Natasia, Kalli and Carli; Great Niece, Leilani; Aunts, Gerri “Lucy” (George) Simms and Debbie Steele; God Mother, Malva “Toni” Alexander and a host of cousins and friends.
