Christopher Linn Mathews, age 51.  Sunrise February 12, 1964 and Sunset April 6, 2015.  Christhoper was bornin New Brighton, PA to the late James O. and Ruby Mathews.  He earned an Associates Degree from Franklin University.  Chris was a member of New Salem Baptist Church where he served with the Usher Board and Mens Auxillary. He was a Courier at UPS.  Left to cherish his memory, spouse Kyra L. Jones, son Andraus D. Mathews, sister Brenda L. Mathews, brothers John W. (Donna) Mathews, Marlon A. (Stacey) Mathews and Michael D. (Rose) Mathews and a host of other family and friends.  Visitation 11:00 am and Funeral 12:00 noon Saturday April 11, 2015 at New Salem Baptist Church 2956 Cleveland Ave.  Ministry of comfort entrusted to MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME 2500 Cleveland Ave.

    Chris was my dear good friend who will be missed immensely. Gone way too soon. His love for his family and of others was deep.
