Condolences To The Hawkins/ Rankin Family Corey Was Really A True Friend Growing Up, Prayers To His Sister Toya & Brother Anthony Always Remember The Good Times You Had Growing Up With Him Know He Will Always Be With You In Your Heart, My Family Enjoyed His Smile & Kind Hearted Ways, We Have Lots Of Memories Of Corey Making My Mother Smile, She Thought Of Him As Such A Gentleman, Always Suited Up Even If It Was Just Daily Routine, Now They Will Meet Again In Heaven, To His Mom Just Remember Hold On To Gods Unchanging Hand & Always Know That Weeping May Endure For A Night, But Joy Comes In The Morning…. Corey had such a beautiful soul. Corey and my cousin Shawn would often visit my home back in the day. After years of seeing him, he still had that beautiful soul. Heaven has gained another Angel. Rest in Peace.
I was introduced to Corey and Toya around 7th grade (Crestview MS): they were the first to wear K-Swiss sneakers in the neighborhood…the 80’s (smile)! As kids, the Hawkins’ were always kind and welcoming. I ran in to Corey at an ODU satellite office, in Easton in the early 2000’s, it was as if we hadn’t loss contact. With a heavy heart, I send my condolences to Corey’s family and friends.
