Craig Tramel Moten Sr. born January 21, 1947, the only child of Laverne Moten and Eleanor Joseph, in Houston, Texas.
Craig departed this life on November 10, 2021. He was 74 years of age.
Craig worked 18 years for the Tinsley Sanitation Company, drove a semi-truck for his grandfather Malachi Goodwin and Buckeye Steel until his retirement. In his spare time, he was fond of drawing. He enjoyed the company of his significant other Tina Reese.
Craig is preceded in death by his father, Laverne Moten; mother, Eleanor Joseph; and son, Craig T. Moten Jr.
Craig is survived by his children, Teena Coston, Virginia Coston, Nava (Jonathan) White, Norman Moten, and Kenya Gibbs; 12 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
Craig will be truly missed by all those who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.
