Danny Lavell Williams, a beautful soul, was called home on Thursday May 11th 2023. He was born in Gary, Indiana on March 2nd 1990 to Charity Williams and Danny Ballard. Danny was 33 years old, he was known by his nicknames “moon” and “Dan Dan”. He will be remembered for being loving, caring, funny, and kind to others. Danny was always laughing, dancing, and joking around. He loved listening to music, traveling, and making memories his family.
There will never be another like him. Dan Dan will be truly missed and forever in our hearts!
Danny is predeceased by, uncle, Willie Williams and grandmother, Barbara Ballard.
Danny is survived by his parents, Charity Williams, and Danny Ballard; three sisters, Monique Williams, Cassie Williams, Danyelle Ballard-Gilchrist; nephews, Damarr Brown and James Humphrey; niece, Alydia Gilchrist; grandparents, Patricia and Virgil Williams and Elwood and Jean Williams; aunts, Vansetta Williams and Latanya Marshall; and a host of many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends that loved him dearly.
Visitation 1:00pm and Funeral 2:00pm Saturday, May 26, 2023 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE NORTH, 2500 Cleveland Ave.
