David E. Ferguson

David E. Ferguson was born on April 22, 1957 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Pete O. Ferguson Sr, and living mother Anna D. Ferguson.

David was educated in the Columbus Public School System. He attended Linden McKinley High School, where he was a member of the marching band. His family loved to come and watch him play. David was full of life and everyone enjoyed his presence. David was known as the “Grill Master” when it came to the family cookouts. He was also everyone’s favorite handyman, and the paint doctor; he was the go to guy. He loved family, he was all about that. He especially adored his children and many many grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his fathe, Pete O. Ferguson Sr. of Rocky Gap, VA, Brother, Jamus Bridges, children, Quiana Doche Chandler and Quincy Lamarr Chandler.

He leaves to cherish his memory, mother, Anna D. Ferguson; brothers, Ronald Nichols, Peter O. Ferguson, and Timothy Ferguson; sisters, Arnetta (David) Burke, Patty Ferguson, and Donna Ferguson; sons, David (Cari) Ferguson Sr., Quinton (Nictoria) Branham, Quinnis (Ashley) Branham, and Antwuane Robinson; daughters, Ebony Robinson, Quynetta Ferguson, Senequa Ferguson, and Quynleta Branham; stepchildren, Antoninette Robinson and Laroy Robinson; special nephews, Johnny (Fat Jaxx) Ferguson, Robert (Rocco) White, Shawnta (Fat Shawn) Draper and Pete Ferguson; 26 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation 12:00 noon and Funeral 1:00pm Friday July 15, 2016 at MARLAN GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE 2500 Cleveland Ave. Interment at Evergreen Burial Park.
