And the King said unto her “Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world”. Certainly there are not enough words to lessen the pain each of you must feel, yet I hope the sincerity of these few words will in some way comfort your spirit and let you know you are not alone. 25. Alan A. Symonette

To the Henderson family – I want to offer my sincere condolences on the passing of Yvonne. I have known Yvonne and John for almost 50 years; ever since my sister Loretta Rolle and her husband Charles were friends travelling together. Often they would visit my mother step-father and me in Chicago and we would spend time whenever we visited Columbus. When my parents retired, they travelled to Hawaii and the Mediterranean together.

Yvonne was a presence at several personal milestones. She and John attended my college and law school graduations in Philadelphia. The last time I saw her was when she attended my mother’s funeral. I always enjoyed talking to Yvonne. She was a good friend and role mode. I admired her ease with people. She always showed grace to everyone. For me this is a somber moment knowing that Yvonne is not somewhere around on this earth but I know that her spirit lives in her family and faith community. My condolences. Alan Symonette, Lansdowne, PA

  26. To Yvonne’s Family:
Yvonne worked with our father at Vory’s, Sater, Seymour and Pease for many years. She was invaluable – and kept our father in line. We also got to know her when she attended various family events through the years. She was a great person – and will be sorely missed. Please know we are thinking about you.

  27. Loretta Rolle

I Loretta Rolle was blessesed to meet Yvonne when my late husband Charles began work at Chemical Abstracts. Therefore she became my first best friend 55 years ago.

What special times we and her husband soon became friends and had parties in their home and fraternity parties.

We grew so close that we began to travel together here in the states to the north, south, east and west. She loved going to Chicago to visit my family and to shop.

We also visited my family in Miami and West Palm beach.
All who knew Yvonne Loved Her. ❤️☝

We also had the great oportunities to go on several cruises to South America and parts of Europe and other trips to Israel, Alaska, Hong Kong, China, Spain and the Caribbean.
What a gift for me and Charles to have Yvonne and John as great and loving friends. John is still around to reminisce about our great times together.

She had been blessed as it is well with her soul.

  28. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.
May you draw comfort from God as he help
you to cope with the heavyweight of your loss.
