Delece Nichole Watters was born January 15, 1973 to Jeannie Almira Watters and Dallas Clamente Watters in Columbus, Ohio. She departed her lovely life on the morning of August 31, 2018 at Grant Medical Hospital. Delece was also known by Dec, Dee, or Smiley.

Delece attended West High School where she created ever lasting friendships. Some of Dee Dee’s talents mastering the base drum in the band and concurring the court in basketball. She was a dedicated and loyal employee where her customer service shined through her beautiful smile.

Delece had a smile that didn’t just brighten a room, but people’s lives. She loved strong no matter what. Delece was a warrior, true fighter in life and put her all into any and everything she did and those she loved. She cared deeply and always spoke up and never bit her tongue. Somehow she was a best friend to everyone that came in contact with her.

Delece is preceded in death by brothers Dallas Watters Jr., Gary Watters, sister Willinda Johnson, father Dallas Watters Sr., and mother Jeannie Watters.

she leaves to cherish her memory; siblings Kevin Watters, Daryl Watters, Sheila Watters, Angela Watters, children Terrance Watters, Shawn King Sr., Alisha Watters, grandchildren Dallas Watters, Almira Watters, lifelong friend Shan King Sr., and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.

Visitation 2:00pm and Funeral 3:00pm Saturday September 8, 2018 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE NORTH 2500 Cleveland Ave.
